Shipping & Delivery

Smudge Kids Ltd will have your order delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9:00am and 8.00pm. Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day. The times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays and factors outside of Smudge Kids Ltd's control.

Shipping Charges & Approximate Delivery Times (GBP):

UK Standard (3–7 working days): £4.80

EU (5–12 working days): £14.00 
Other - Rest of World (5-14 working days): £20

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Please note International and European orders may be subject to additional postage charges after an order is placed. European and International customers will be contacted regarding any additional changes via email, with full details of how to make additional payment if required.

Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK, which will be your responsibility. 

Who do we ship with? 

We use Royal Mail recorded delivery and occasionally other providers for overseas or larger shipments. They deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday-Saturday.

*The exceptions to all of this are Furniture and other oversized items which may take longer and incur additional charges. You will be informed of this prior to completion of your order. 


If an item states PRE-ORDER in the title, you are ordering it ahead of receipt of the goods to us. As soon as we receive it, we will dispatch it to you. You must check the estimated delivery in the product details before purchasing. Please note, occasionally there can be a delay to the estimated arrival date.

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Smudge Kids Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. 

Additional Information

• All of our orders require a signature upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the package.

• We need a telephone number for all International orders and cannot ship without.

• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

• Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
